The price, currency, applicable taxes, features and product details are shown before you pay. Once your order is accepted and payment has cleared, we send download and activation instructions to the email address you gave at checkout. Delivery can be delayed by payment checks or technical issues. If you do not receive your order information, contact everydaywhy@outlook.com.
The app is intended for 64-bit Windows 10 or 11. Further requirements and known limitations are shown on the product page before purchase. Render speed depends on your hardware, the scene and the settings. Any benchmark on our website describes the test machine it was measured on and is not a guarantee of performance on your computer.
You may publish and commercially use videos generated with a valid copy of Everyday Why Studio, subject to the Software Licence, applicable law, third-party intellectual-property rights and platform rules. You remain responsible for reviewing factual claims and for securing rights to any third-party material you add.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation, depending on the circumstances. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by your unlawful use of the app or by third-party material you add without permission. This does not limit any non-excludable statutory guarantee or remedy.
We may amend these Terms for future purchases. The terms accepted at purchase continue to govern that purchase, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.
